We take you from first idea to finished garment. You bring the colours, logos and sponsors; we design it, fully sublimate it and manufacture it in technical, breathable fabrics made for sport.

How it works
From design to game day

Brief & quote
Tell us the sport, garments, quantities and your date. Send logos and colours if you have them.
02
Design & approve
We design your kit and send a mock-up. Tweak it until it’s right, then sign it off.

Sublimate & sew
Full sublimation printing locks the design into the fabric, then each garment is cut and manufactured.

Collect or deliver
Your order is packed and ready to collect in Durban North or delivered to you.

What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation uses heat to turn special inks into a gas that bonds with polyester fibres. The print becomes part of the fabric, so it stays soft and breathable and won’t crack, peel or wash out. It also means full colour, edge to edge, with no limit on the design.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the garment and the design. Drop us a line at sales@vrsportswear.co.za with what you need and we’ll let you know.
How long does an order take?
Lead times depend on quantities and how quickly the design is approved. Tell us your event date when you ask for a quote and we’ll plan around it.
Can you add names, numbers and sponsors?
Yes. Names, numbers, club crests and sponsor logos are all printed as part of the design.
